FROM THE LABEL: " Water, Hops, Malt, Yeast. Beer/Biere. Product of USA/Produit des E/.U

FROM THE MOUTH: SAISON/FARMHOUSE ALE: Color is unusual- sort of a cloudy pink peach color- nice pour and light citrus aroma. Right off the bat I thought this had a funky astringent taste, probably those Belgian yeasts. Perhaps it is more of a sour pineapple. Any sweetness is cut with a light pine, sour grapefruit and white pepper- extremely dry finish. I thought it might get better as it warmed but not for me- too biting. B-
