VIENNA LAGER

FROM THE LABEL: "Sandwiched between the two major European brewing capitals, Prague adn Munich, Vienna has historically been an important brewing city in its own right. JosephsBrau Vienna-style lager, a moderately hopped amber lager brewed using pilsner, dark and carmalized dark malts, pays tribute to Vienna's proud brewing heritage. It exhibits a smooth malty flavor. 20 IBU.

FROM THE MOUTH: Certainly a full bodied beer for a lager and really holds up well in the mouth. This is one of the best blended (hops to malt) beers I have had so far. It is quite malty and a has a bite of burnt caramel along with a bite of hops- very yummy. A+ Vienna- Style lager

I am going to start adding the type of beer: Lager, Old Ale, Pale Ale, Pilsner, Porter, Red Ale, Scotch Ale, Stout, Vienna-style lager, Weizen.

FROM THE GRILL: Quiche with garbonzo salad

FROM THE STORE: Trader Joe's
