FROM THE MOUTH: This is what the web site says about it...."single wort brewing process. All malt formula using only the finest two-row barley malt. European noble hops. A distinctively rich flavor, smooth finish, no bitter aftertaste." I am going to go for- semi bold and almooost says 'bitter' at the end but then you get 'smoooth.' nice character- trying to say something which a lot of lagers don't do. A+
