FROM THE LABEL: " Ingredients: pure spring water, barley, malt, hops and yeast. A slight veiling in the product or some deposit on the bottom are proof that it is a handcrafted product and are indicative of its quality."
FROM THE MOUTH: Nice citrus aroma that takes off in the mouth- a real punch of flavor that lingers....then quickly disappears leaving you wanting for the next sip- very smooth. Can't quite get the flavor described...not citrus more like barley and hops- I am going to have to have a few more of these- hehe- so I can figure out just what I am tasting. A+
