FROM THE LABEL: "Choice American barley and wheat malts are combined with a blend of noble hopes to create this lighthearted , refreshing beer. Blue Star is unfiltered, the yeast adding a complex note to the flavor profile."
FROM THE MOUTH: Love the color- heavy orange/yellow. Label is right again, lighthearted and refreshing. It has a bit of a hop linger at the end, just a bit. I wonder what the yeast comment is about? I need to makes some beer! VERY smooth. A+
