FROM THE LABEL: "STONEHENGE is a mystery. HOP HENGE is a discovery. Our monument to hops- Hop Henge is brought to life by the uncompromising creativity of our brewers with the immense hop flavor and bitter finish. This experimental IPA will stand the test of time.Experimental India Pale Ale."

The label art is so fun and creative. LOVE the concept- Stone Henge- Hop Henge...these artists are smart!!!

FROM THE MOUTH : EXPERIMENTAL INDIA  PALE ALE: Check out the interview by Amos Amarillo of Deschutes Brewmaster Larry Sidor for a roller coaster ride with some hop heads-
This is an intense beer- full flavored and a slap in the face- and not a gloved slap- a big damp bare palm stinging sort of slap that leaves a welt of hops, citrus hops, malt and hops. The first sip sort of teases you with its malty sweetness than stings you in the ass as it makes its way down. They are not kidding when they say immense- but it is held together well. WOOHOO, what a ride. A
