FROM THE MOUTH: AMERICAN IPA: A Growler......I own a Growler!!! See that picture above..I took that home with me- WOOHOO. All compliments of Jack Surface who's son owns and operates Mt Tabor Brewing. Jack flew up from Portland with said Growler and we enjoyed a wonderful plastic glass full in the lobby of the hotel. New favorite IPA so Jack is going to have to fly up here more often. Description from the website is right on+++ smooth big hops blended nicely with malt, well balanced with the IBU's being 81. If you are in Vancouver WA check out Mt Tabor Brewery... say Hi to Jack for me. A++
