FROM THE MOUTH: AMERICAN DOUBLE/IMPERIAL IPA: Outstanding label- top five so far this year.Why no artist mentioned- not right! Aroma fills the nose with fruity hops and some floral. Taste is a bit over the top... purse your mouth ...malt sweet, which may have been ok IF you could actually taste the 89 IBU's- which you can't. Nice enough freshness with the citrus buzz and a warm alcohol lingers on the tongue, but the grapefruit hangs a bit too long. Probably won't pick up another but it good enough to get the weekend started. B+
