FROM THE LABEL:"Welcome to Base Camp, where any craft brew exploration rightly begins. A distinct hop nose and deft balance makes Pale Ale's one essential quaff. It's aromatically complex, multi-layered and unmistakably honest. Courageously crafted since 1988 for fellow explorers everywhere."
FROM THE NECK: "If you could listen to *one album forever, what would it be? Relax at least there's Mirror Pond when it comes to Pale Ales."
As you can see from the pour ....I was suprised to see a distinct orange amber beer come flowing out...a beautiful looking beer with a perfect one finger foam on the pour. I would agree with the label as it does have a distinct hop flavor, more hop than malt and it is laaastttiiiinnngggg.
Food choice: MOUSSAKA (MEAT AND POTATO DISH)
How did this beer find it's way into this blog----Trader Joe's
