FROM 'THE FROSTED MUG' (amazingclubs): "The Lake Trout Stout is midnight black with a thick and creamy head. It is a full bodied stout brewed with oatmeal and plenty of hops to balance the roasted barley. It tastes the same way it looks- dark and rich is quite an experience. It is named after the famous deep water Sebago Lake Togue or Lake Trout which inhabits the depths of Maine's deepest lake."

FROM THE MOUTH: STOUT:  I know I don't talk aroma much but this one needs mentioning because it smells like a German chocolate cake- yum. Taste is a strong black roasted dark chocolate, bitter burnt coffee with some earthy hops- yup- licking the bottom of a log , as I like to say about stouts. This one has some strong malt to start but quickly smacks you with a log. You must like to be challenged and enjoy strong stouts to like this one because it hangs on way after your last sip. Burley man.....A-

FROM THE STORE: Amazingclubs.com - compliments of my father- thanks Dad.
