FROM THE LABEL: " Tavern Style Ale. Bold, Delicious, Handcrafted with  the reputation of a legendary tavern owner. Unpasteurized, Unfiltered, Best if kept refrigerated. To sample the rest of our award winning beers please visit our restaurant and brewery in downtown Noblesville, Indiana."

FROM THE LABEL: BROWN ALE: HAHAHA, I can't get past the name with the sophisticated looking 'Helen' peering out at us. They are calling this a brown ale..so for me it is a mixture of a sweet stout ( licking the bottom of a log) and your basic Ale. Dirty Helen has flavors of caramel, light, light chocolate,  a good amount of malt, a hint of citrus and log licking. I really like this Brown ale. It is not too complicated or trying to do to much- just wants to be enjoyed without having to guess what the beer is trying to be. I will enjoy this again. A+

FROM THE STORE: Compliments of my sister Peg who lives in South Bend, Indiana.
