FROM THE LABEL:

FROM THE MOUTH: AMERICAN IPA: Aroma is dominated by the Columbus hop- citrusy/woody with a bit of bready malt. Taste is a solid IPA but I was expecting to be eating a pine tree. Middle of the road IPA- nice blend of malty sweetness up front followed by some woody pine resins. I would have this again. Nice carbonation! A-

FROM THE LABEL: "Unfiltered naturally cloudy. Wheat beer brewed with spices."

FROM THE MOUTH: WITBIER: Pretty much stick with what the label says except this is quite Belgian yeasty- you know what that is if you drink Belgium beer. A very nice example of a Witbier even though I am not a big fan of coriander. Worth a go but I won't keep this in my beer fridge. B+

MOUNTAIN HIGH IPA
12 FL. OZ. 366  ML, Alc Vol 7.0%

FROM THE LABEL: See above. Can't quite tell what the three elephants are doing on the label? Looks like the are the head since it looks like one hand is holding a beer and the other hand...? Pick up a beer and take a look.

FROM THE MOUTH: AMERICAN IPA: Aroma: grapefruity/malty. Taste: mostlycitrus malt, hops are ok, but not present enough, finishes with a grapefruit tang. Carbonation is wicked. Overall, the best part of this beer was the ABV. Probably won't keep it around but it was decent enough to give it a go, which you should too if you find this on the shelf. B+

FROM THE LABEL:

FROM THE MOUTH : OLD ALE: A big dark auburn perfect head pour. Never know what to expect when you tilt the bottle... so, when something this pretty flows out you have to admire it. Love the lone skier in the moonlight label design. Aroma is toffee/caramel malts with dark fruit, some citrus and a bit of Northwest hop grapefruit pine. Taste hits you up front with strong sweet malt flavors- caramel, maple syrup and molasses. Some nutty flavors mingle with piney hops for a nice balance of bitterness to sweet, but....a bit too sweet in the end for my taste. You could sip this after a meal..like a port beer! A-

FROM THE LABEL: "Serve at 46'-48'F"

FROM THE MOUTH: DOPPELBOCK: Such a beautiful pour- dark rich and a bit wavy. Label makes me want to hike the Bavarian slopes. Aroma: malty with some dark fruits and bitter chocolate. Taste is wonderful... dark fruit ( cherries, plums) with a malty presence along the lines of a dull molasses with enough hop to balance out the sweetness. Nice warm alcohol glow at the end of each sip.  I am very impressed; a strong choice for a Doppelbock or if you are looking for a seasonal beer with plenty of backbone. I will definitely have this one again. A+

FROM THE MOUTH: AMERICAN DOUBLE/ IMPERIAL STOUT: Nice foam! Aroma: Nice rich deep roasted chocolate/coffee/toffee and molasses. Taste: Roasted  sweet milky chocolate with an expresso bite on the finish. A bit disappointing in overall depth of flavor. This was good but not a favorite. B
