FROM THE LABEL: " Refrigerate your beer or you will die"
FROM THE MOUTH: Warning and note to self....do not drink yer beer before you post or you may possibly ramble and very probably just want to sit in front of the TV and drool. Drink a glass of water to maintain clarity and press on, here we go. Beautiful looking golden amber beer with an almost perfect pour out of the bottle. First swig I can taste a bit of citrus then.. is that the 'piney' that Michael Jackson from Great Beer Guide mentions? Then, there is the lasting impression - hops and more hops. You know when you chew a piece of gum then spit it out and you still can taste the gum for awhile.......that is what you get here- a long lasting hopping going on in yer mouth.
