They describe the beer thusly: "Ridiculously tasty winter ale concocted by our massive Brewforce of 47."
The label also says Independent Employee owned- cool!
As you can see by the photo- this is a chesnut colored Ale with a nice foam. When they say Full Sail they mean full . Unlike the beers I have had so far this one sticks in your mouth. It comes on strong and stays that way long after you have moved on- it layers your tongue and cheeks with the hops. yup...still tasting the Hops! Suggested food- an Irish Stew with some peanut butter!
