They describe the beer thusly: "at first this amber ale will grab-a-hold of your palette and snap your attention back. this red-head boasts surprisingly confident aromas of sweet grain flirting effortlessly with moderate hop flavors balanced by smooth malt for an ale sure to sweep you off your feet. When an ale is so memorable it makes you do a double take, you know it's a headsnapper."

As you can see from the pour this is a lovely light red ale, it is very smooth and slightly malty...a very nice blend of hops and whatever else they throw into these things! malt /hops? I need to do some research! I think a hearty cheese pizza with all the trimmings would round out the evening well.
