FROM THE MOUTH: JAPENESE RICE BEER: I would be guzzling this on a hot day on the boat- very drinkable because it is light and watery with some citrus/yeast/slight bitterness beer taste to remind you that it is a beer. This is my first 'rice' beer and it isn't all that bad. It is refreshing and today was hot so it went down smooth. B+
