FROM THE LABEL: " Somersault Ale is a firm roll around on the tongue and a perfect summer lounge around ale that is easy to drink. Color is blond with a suggestion of amber. Somersault tumbles out with citrus aroma from Centennial hops, a tuck of soft apricot fruitness, completed by a smooth, upright finish with oats that were pitched in a long slow mash.  Somesaults all around.! Serve at 7 C ( 45F). New Belgium Brewing Company is wind powered and employee owned."

FROM THE MOUTH: ALE: I can taste the apricot! Mild, soft and goes down easy. This is quite refreshing and would be terrific on a hot summer afternoon--you won't find any of this in Spokane ....which is rainy and cold and miserable- thank God for Beer! A
