FROM THE LABEL: "Brewed with organic ingredients: Water, organic malt, organic sugar, hops, yeast. Family owned Brewery."
FROM THE MOUTH: TRIPEL: Beautiful wheat color pour with a nice two finger foam. Aroma is belgian yeast, booze, some banana and there is that clove. Taste is sweet citrus up front with a mild Belgian yeast ( not too overpowering like some Tripels) with a medium bitter hop finish- smooth. This is a boozeee beer- mildly sweet-fruity-chewy (yeast) with a nice blend of spice (clove/pepper) to finish it off. A
