FROM THE FROSTED MUG: " Flying Bison Rusty Chain is a medium bodied Vienna - style amber beer. The brew is soft, nutty malt flavor with a hint of caramel, and just enough German hops to balance the finish. The "Chain" - which is five percent alcohol by volume- goes great with chicken , milder dishes and grilled vegetables."
FROM THE MOUTH: VIENNA STYLE LAGER: Vienna lagers are supposed to be Bronze to red and have a sweetish malt aroma and flavor. I would say this is probably it. It is a malty and has a nice blend of bitter hops at the end. I would drink this again and keep it in my fridge. A-
