FROM THE LABEL: "A delicately flavored amber /gold ale in which subtle fruity esters from the Samuel Smith yeast strain interact with a background of maltiness and fresh hops. Brewed with well water ( the original well sunk in 1758 is still in use), organic malted barley, organic hops and yeast. Fermented in 'Stone Yorkshire Square.' Samuel Smith brews at a small traditional British Brewery, the oldest in Yorkshire. Gold medal 1896 International Brewers Exhibition Leeds."
FROM THE MOUTH: ORGANIC AMBER ALE: Max has spoken, "this is a good beer." Extremely well blended ale. It was worth the extra cashola to try it out. Definite do over A+
FROM THE GRILL: takes Friday's off
FROM THE STORE: I have no idea how this got in my refrigerator.... there is some beer hanky panky going on!

A++ Really enjoyed this beer. With my beautiful wife sitting beside me and watching Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy on pay for view it doesn't get any better than this. Intriguing beer and movie.
