FROM THE MOUTH: AMERICAN IPA: I am pretty impressed so far with Hopfen und Malz Brewing Co. This is a REALLY DECENT APA. Well blended mildly sweet  malt forward with a nice amount of hop bitterness finish. I will be drinking a lot of this when the blog is over. Well done at 75 cents a bottle! A+
